Conducted by Ponemon Institute and sponsored by the Medical Identity Fraud Alliance (MIFA), the Fourth Annual Survey on Medical Identity Theft is in the final stages of completion. This annual study is designed to measure the extent and impact of medical identity theft in the United States on the healthcare industry and consumers. The results of this research will be one of MIFA’s first industry deliverables.
